Monthly Meetings
Join us for our bi-monthly meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at the Plaza Inn Restaurant. Treasurer
Ryan Shelby
I have been providing my clients with quality home loans since 1994. I truly love my profession and I really enjoy helping my clients with one of the most important decisions of their lifetime?.. purchasing or refinancing a residence or investment property. I am well versed in Conventional FHA VA and Rural Development loan programs and I am also registered to provide 203K and Fannie Mae HomeStyle Rehab loans.
In Addition to Home Loans, I am also the Babe Ruth Pacific Northwest Assistant Commissioner for Softball. I have held this position since 2016 and prior to that was a member of the board of directors of the Meridian Youth Baseball and Softball League.

Peggy Childers
Business Owner & Broker of a real estate company started in early 2001. Experienced in real estate, property management, office management, human resources, safety, quality control, supervision, escrows, collections, banking, teaching, and construction business. Being detailed oriented and organized with the ability to learn quickly has helped me achieve many of my goals. I enjoy working with people and getting to know them. I am looking for new adventures, challenges, and opportunities to do great things.
